Evacuation Alert Partially Rescinded – All Clear for Most Areas

PARTIAL EVACUATION ALERT RESCINDED TO ALL CLEAR

Pear Lake Wildfire

August 24, 2026, 1600 hrs

An Evacuation Alert issued by the Village of Clinton on August 15th, 2026 (Alert No. EA202603), due to the Pear Lake Wildfire has been partially rescinded to All Clear, effective August 24, 2026 at 1600 hrs.

This All Clear notice affects all properties in the Village of Clinton, except those indicated in the red area in the attached map (below). These properties remain on evacuation alert due to increased risk of flooding caused by the Pear Lake Wildfire. At this time, there is no need to evacuate these properties, but residents should be aware of their evacuation route and have essentials ready in a to go bag.

Should conditions change, an Evacuation Alert and/ or an Evacuation Order will be reinstated as necessary.
