Stage 3 Watering Restrictions in Effect

Effective July 15, 2026, the Village of Clinton will be moving to Stage 3 Watering Restrictions.  There is NO sprinkling or watering of lawns.  You can still hand water gardens.  This will be in effect until further notice.  Bylaw No. 544, 2016 – Village of Clinton Outdoor Water Use Bylaw
