In accordance with Section 403 of the Local Government Act, the following properties will be sold for taxes by public auction on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the VILLAGE OF CLINTON COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1423 CARIBOO HWY., CLINTON BC, unless the delinquent property taxes owing plus interest are sooner paid.
Any person upon being declared the successful bidder must provide their name and address and pay in cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft in a minimum no less than the upset price. Failure to pay this amount will result in the property promptly being offered for sale again. Any balance must be paid in cash, money order, bank draft or certified cheque by 12:00 p.m. of the same day. Failure to pay the balance will result in the property being offered for sale again at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025. Interac or e-transfer will NOT be accepted
