We’re inviting local non-profit groups to apply for the Village of Clinton’s Grant-in-Aid (Community Assistance) program. Applications open October 30, 2025 and close November 30, 2025.
What the Grant-in-Aid is
The Village’s Grant-in-Aid provides in-kind support to eligible community groups—most often facility fee waivers and limited staff support—to help deliver events and activities that benefit Clinton residents. (Note: cash grants are not provided under this program. Groups seeking cash support should explore the Clinton Community Forest.)
Who can apply
Non-profit organizations providing programs, services, or events for Clinton residents
Preference for groups that demonstrate community need, active fundraising, and local support
What’s not eligible (in brief)
Corporations, partisan/political activities, sectarian purposes, commercial/third-party fundraising, and retroactive requests
Travel or debt retirement
Key dates
Applications open: October 30, 2025
Submission deadline: November 30, 2025 (by 4:30 pm)
Applications will be presented to Council for consideration, and we’ll notify applicants after Council’s decision.
How to apply
Complete the Grant-in-Aid Application Form (include event details, anticipated attendance, equipment needs, and a short description of community benefit).
Provide a simple budget: past event financials (if recurring) or a project budget (if new).
Submit your package to the Village Office (in person or by email).
