Old Road Summer Festival – Live Music & Arts Celebration in Clinton, BC

June 5, 2026 @ 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Follow the Old Road into summer.
Clinton’s signature warm-season celebration returns June 5 with a full day of live music, arts, food, and community spirit at the Old Road Summer Festival.

Rooted in the heritage of the Old Cariboo Road, this festival brings the region together with performances from the Pines Musicians, whose twice-yearly gatherings began in 2020 and have grown into a beloved Clinton tradition. Their blend of country, western, bluegrass, cowboy tunes, and classic Cariboo storytelling sets the tone for the festival’s frontier-inspired atmosphere.

Clinton’s homegrown talent Banjo Bruce Ambler joins the lineup—bringing his Scruggs-style three-finger picking, rich harmonies, and a lifetime of Clinton musicianship to the stage.

The Old Road Summer Festival features:

  • Multiple live bands throughout the day

  • Artisan vendors and makers

  • Food trucks and local snacks

  • A family-friendly community atmosphere

  • Activities for kids

  • A vibrant celebration of Cariboo culture

Bring a lawn chair, explore artisan booths, grab something delicious from local vendors, and enjoy the music under open summer skies. Whether you’re a local, a traveller, or just passing through, you’re invited to experience Clinton’s growing arts and culture scene at its best.
