The Village of Clinton completed an Investment and Marketing Plan in 2017. Marketing opportunities and trends were identified as targeted retailers, developers, and manufacturers. Six business opportunities were highlighted in a portfolio for marketing to potential investors. These are only some of the potential businesses to enhance the Village and foster sustainable economic growth for our community.
A website has been developed to promote these investment opportunities. The image below will redirect you to the website.

The Village of Clinton is participating in this new program by the BC PNP. The program is designed to attract entrepreneur immigration and match the potential immigrant to a community where they will thrive. The intent of the program is to support immigration to Rural BC.
Prior to being invited to submit a BC PNP application, the potential applicant must be invited by the community for an exploratory visit and ongoing communication between Clinton and the applicant. If, after the visit and screening process, both the community and the applicant are confident that Clinton is the right community for them, the community may choose to support the Immigration application by filling out a referral request.
